What is the typical lead time for a sheet metal fabrication order?

Simple parts can ship in 1-2 weeks. Complex welded assemblies requiring multiple processes and finishing may take 3-6 weeks. Express services available for urgent requirements.

What sheet thicknesses can you fabricate?

We process sheet metal from 0.5 mm to 25 mm in steel and up to 20 mm in stainless steel. Aluminum up to 8 mm. Contact us for thicker gauge requirements.

Can you handle prototypes as well as production runs?

Yes. We support single-piece prototypes for design validation, through to full production runs of thousands of parts, with consistent quality at every scale.

What surface finishes can you achieve?

We offer powder coating in any RAL color, wet painting, anodizing, zinc plating, passivation, silkscreen printing, and laser marking to meet your exact specification.

What file formats do you accept for CAD models?

We accept STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), STL, DXF, DWG, as well as native SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and CATIA files. Flat pattern DXF files are also welcome.
