What is the typical lead time for a 3D printing order?

Simple metal prototype parts can often ship in 5-10 business days. Complex metal builds, heat treatment, machining, and inspection packages typically take 1-3 weeks. Express review is available for urgent requirements.

What surface finishes can you achieve?

As-printed metal surfaces vary by alloy and process. Common options include media blasting, polishing, CNC machining, passivation, anodizing, coating, heat treatment, and HIP coordination.

Can you handle prototypes as well as production runs?

Yes. We support single-piece prototypes for design validation, through to bridge production and full serial production of thousands of parts, with consistent quality at every scale.

What tolerances can 3D printing achieve?

Typical metal AM tolerances are around +/-0.1 mm to +/-0.2 mm depending on geometry, alloy, and process. Tighter tolerances are achievable on critical features with secondary CNC machining.

What file formats do you accept for CAD models?

We accept STEP (.stp), STL, 3MF, OBJ, AMF, IGES (.igs), as well as native SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and CATIA files.
